基质金属蛋白酶及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂在慢性鼻窦炎中的影响
Effects of matrix metalloproteinases and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors on chronic sinusitis

Abstract
Chronic sinusitis(CRS)is a chronic inflammation of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa.According to its clinical manifestations,it can be divided into chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSsNP)and chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP).The current conservative treatment effect is not good,and the postoperative recurrence rate is high,which greatly affects the patients'quality of life.The pathogenesis of CRS may be related to the destruction of nasal mucosa epithelium,tissue remodeling,bacterial infection,and other factors.At present,studies show that tissue remodeling plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CRS.Abnormal degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM)is a part of tissue remodeling,in which matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors(TIMPs)are the key factors regulating ECM metabolism.Therefore,this paper summarizes the influence of MMPs and TIMPs on CRS.关键词
