生态茶园"土壤-绿肥根茬秸秆-开沟触土部件"离散元模型建立与验证
Establishment and verification of discrete element model for soils,root stubble and straw of green manure and trenching components in ecological tea plantation

Abstract
[Objective]A discrete element simulation model for the interaction between soil,root stubble and straw of green manure,and trenching component was established to provide reference for the discrete element simulation of soil contact components in eco-logical tea gardens.[Method]Based on the Hertz-Mindlin with Bonding model,a scheme combining physical falling-originated piling up,slope rolling test and discrete element simulation was adopted to calibrate the contact parameters between soil particles and trenching component material(65 Mn steel).A regression model between soil accumulation angle and inclined rolling distance of soil particles was established by Box-Behnken response surface optimization method with static friction coefficient,rolling friction co-efficient and recovery coefficient as the experimental factors.[Result]After optimizion,the static friction coefficient,rolling friction coefficient and recovery coefficient between soil particles were 1.017,0.089 and 0.222,respectively,and those between soils and trenching components were 0.279,0.104 and 0.487,respectively.The relative errors for the simulation calibration results and physi-cal tests were 0.68%and 0.98%.Based on the calibrated parameters,a discrete element simulation model concerning soil,root stubble and straw of green manure and trenching component was established for the ecological tea garden,and the maximum relative errors of trenching depth and width were achieved at 8.15%and 6.36%by comparative analysis between simulation test and field ex-periments.[Conclusion]The relative errors between the calibrated parameters and physical tests were small,and the established dis-crete element simulation model concerning the soil,root stubble and straw of green manure and trenching component for ecological tea garden had high reliability and effectiveness.关键词
