免疫疗法联合病毒疗法治疗癌症的数学模型
Mathematical model of immunotherapy combined with virotherapy for cancer treatment

Abstract
A mathematical model is developed to study the dynamics of tumor cells,immune cells,and oncolytic viruses.Without considering treatment,the validity of the model is confirmed by identifying three equilibrium points that are biologically meaningful and conducting a sensitivity analysis.Two treatments are investigated:cellular immunother-apy and oncolytic virus therapy(OVT).Viral therapy requires repeated dosing,which is costly and poses certain risks,while immunotherapy is effective against low tumor burdens but less effective against high levels of tumors.This paper assumes a single injection of the virus and varied the timing of immunotherapy administration to simulate the growth of tumor cells under different treatment regimens.Numerical simulation results show that neither therapy adopted alone is sufficient to eliminate the tumor completely,but the combination of both therapies is able to achieve complete elimination of the tumor.It also proves that the right timing of the injection can achieve better results.关键词
