兼性内生巨大芽孢杆菌B6对杞柳转运铅、镉的影响
Effect of facultative endophytic Bacillus megaterium B6 on transport of Pb and Cd by Salix integra

Abstract
In order to explore the mechanisms of Bacillus megaterium B6 on the transport of heavy metals in Salix integra,this study took the rooted annual S.integra in hydroponics as the research material,and conducted pot experiments to study the effects and mechanisms of different inoculation methods of B6 on the transport of Pb and Cd.The results showed that:(1)Strain B6 significantly promoted the transport of Pb and inhibited the transport of Cd.(2)The Pb transport ability was higher in the treatment of inoculation with B.megate-rium B6 in root system and soil simultaneously than that inoculation with strain B6 in the root only,the promoting effect of leaves and branches of S.integra was increased by 65.80%and 42.74%respectively.(3)Structural equation modeling indicated that B.megateri-um B6 promoted the transport coefficient of Pb directly,but it had no direct effect on the transport coefficient of Cd.(4)After inoculation with strain B6,the contents of available ni-trogen,phosphorus and potassium increased significantly,while the content of organic mat-ter decreased.The bioavailability of heavy metals in soil was significantly promoted by avail-able nitrogen and available potassium,while significantly inhibited by available phosphorus and organic matter.Finally,the availability of heavy metals in soil indirectly promoted the improvement of Pb transport coefficient by affecting the concentration of heavy metals in the aboveground part of S.integra.Hence,strain B6 regulated heavy metal transport through direct and indirect effects,and the promotion effect of simultaneous inoculation of soil and S.integra root system on heavy metal transport was greater.关键词
