Construction of a risk factor assessment scale for ICU-acquired weakness in sepsis patients

Abstract
Objective:Currently,there is a lack of systematic evaluation of risk factors for Intensive Care Unit(ICU)-acquired weakness in sepsis patients in clinical practice.This study aims to construct a risk factor assessment scale for ICU-acquired weakness in sepsis patients to provide a basis for early evaluation. Methods:A research group was established to extract risk factors of ICU-acquired weakness in sepsis patients through literature review.After group discussion,a preliminary risk factor assessment scale was drafted.The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were then used to finalize the assessment scale and determine the weight of each indicator. Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted,with a 100％positive response rate in both rounds and an authority coefficient of 0.90.The Kendall's W values were 0.379 and 0.416,respectively,both with statistically significant(P<0.01).The final assessment scale included 5 dimensions comprising a total of 33 items. Conclusion:The constructed risk factor assessment scale for ICU-acquired weakness in sepsis patients is scientifically sound and provides a reference for the risk evaluation of ICU-acquired weakness in this population.关键词
