辣椒收获机械的研究现状与展望
Research Status and Prospects of Mechanisation of Chilli Harvesting
摘要
Abstract
China is the largest chilli production,consumption and export volume of countries,and the mechanized harvesting rate of chili is very low.With the planting area and annual output in recent years have shown a sustained growth trend,the existing chilli harvesting methods have a certain impact on the chilli industry,the shortcomings of chilli harvesting mechanization are gradually revealed,and the chilli mechanization system needs to be improved.By summarising the existing chilli harvesting machinery at home and abroad,the main types of picking devices of chilli harvester were sorted out,including the unfolding double helix type,rod comb finger type,band comb type,drum finger type,by introducing its working principle,listing some typical harvester details,elaborating the working principle of the cleaning device and the role it had in the process of chilli harvesting.By summing up the problems of the current chilli harvesting machine,the future development trend was summarized to provide reference for the development of chilli harvesting machine.关键词
