摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the drought resistance of different winter wheat varieties at germination stage so as to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of drought-resistant winter wheat,PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress,and the germination potential,germination rate,bud length,radicle length,coleoptile length,root-shoot ratio and main radicle number of different wheat varieties under drought stresswere measured.Results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the germination potential,germination rate,bud length and radicle number of winter wheat at germination stage were decreased,the coleoptile length and main radicle length were increased first and then decreased,and the root-shoot ratio was increased.In conclusion,Longzhong 3,Longzhong 4,Longzhong 5,Longzhong 6,Longzhong 8,Longzhong 10 and Chang 6878 had good drought resistance,and were suitable for planting in arid and semi-arid areas of Longzhong and similar ecological types.
