Abstract
Resin transfer molding(RTM)polyurethane composites are widely used in aerospace,new erengy wind blades,automobiles and other fields,but the polyurethane resin matrix still has some problems such as high reactivity,short operation time and low mechanical strength,which makes the composite products have certain limitations in the processing process.In this paper,carbon fiber reinforced polyurethane resin composite(carbon fabric/PUF composite)was prepared by RTM process using self-made polyurethane(PUF)as resin matrix and 3K forged carbon fabric as the reinforcement material.The RTM process characteristics of the PUF resin and the properties of the resin casting were investigated,and the performance of the carbon fabric/PUF composite was analyzed.The results indicate that the PUF resin meets the requirements of the RTM molding process,achieving a gel time of 120 minutes at 30 ℃;The tensile strength,tensile modulus,elongation at break,and glass transition temperature(Tg)of the casting at room temperature are 92 MPa、3.5 GPa、4.68%and 125 ℃,respectively;When the fiber volume fraction of the carbon fabric/PUF composite reaches 57%,its Tg and shear strength reach 127 ℃ and 61 MPa,respectively.关键词
