摘要

Abstract

The structure of four kinds of random copolymer polypropylene(PPR-1,PPR-2,PPR-3,and PPR-4),special materials for pipes of different grades,were characterized,the differences in their processing properties were studied,and the mechanical properties of the pipes were tested.The results show that PPR-1 has the smallest relative molecular weight and the narrowest molecular weight distribution,and its pipe has the worst impact resistance;PPR-4 has the largest relative molecular weight and the broadest molecular weight distribution,showing good processability and mechanical property;PPR-3 has a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution,poor processing performance,and poor heat and oxygen aging resistance,making it unsuitable for use as a pipeline material.
