透明成核剂对煤基无规共聚聚丙烯3240NC性能的影响
Effect of Transparent Nucleating Agent on Properties of Coal-based Random Copolymer Polypropylene 3240NC
摘要
Abstract
Based on the random copolymerized polypropylene 3240NC powder,the effects of six kinds of transparent nucleating agents on the properties of random copolymer polypropylene 3240NC were studied through experiments.The results showed that six kinds of transparent nucleating agents could significantly reduce the haze and yellow index of polypropylene 3240NC,the 4#nucleating agent had the best transparency effect,and could reduce its haze to 14.86％,showing good transparency.The flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of polypropylene 3240NC were improved by six transparent nucleating agents.The crystallization temperature of polypropylene 3240NC was increased by 13～15 ℃ by six transparent nucleating agents.In addition,the introduction of different nucleating agents was beneficial to the heat resistance of polypropylene 3240NC.关键词
