Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Iron-based Fischer Tropsch Catalyst Microspheres by Spray Drying

Abstract
Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts are core catalysts for indirect coal liquefaction.Iron-based catalysts are typically used in slurry beds,but severe abrasion during the reaction process leads to reduced catalytic activity and frequent catalyst replacement.This study investigates the factors influencing the shaping of iron-based catalysts prepared via co-precipitation.Spray drying was employed to explore the effects of slurry feed inlet temperature,feed rate,and binder selection on catalyst shaping and performance.Experimental results demonstrate that microspherical catalysts prepared using silica sol as the binder,with an inlet temperature of 350 ℃ and a feed rate of 200 mL/min,exhibit excellent Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalytic performance.关键词
