摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi on plant hormone response to biological stress.[Method]The potato seedlings inoculated with AM fungi Glomus intraradices were used to investigate the dynamic changes of hormones GA3,ABA,IAA,and SA in the upper and lower tissues of potato injury sites after aphid infection.[Result]AM fungi inhibited the production of four hormones,especially ABA,with a mycorrhizal contribution rate of up to-125.46%.After 12 hours of aphid infection,the hormone contents in the injured part of potatoes rapidly increased,and then transmitted downwards along the injured part,with the lowest hormone content in the root system.The effects of mycorrhizal fungi and aphids on potato hormones were both significant,but there was no significant difference in their interaction effects.[Conclusion]Inoculation with AM fungi could reduce the defense response of potatoes to biological stress,indicating that AM fungi could improve host plant resistance to biological stress and result in decrease of response to biological stress of host plant.
