迷迭香挥发油提取工艺及其成分分析
Extraction technology and compositional analysis of rosemary volatile oil

Abstract
[Objective]To optimize technology of extracting volatile oil from rosemary by hydrodistillation in order to provide a scientific basis for improving the production efficiency and exploitation of rosemary.[Method]Hydrodistillation was used as a test method to extract the volatile oil of rosemary.The effects of different extraction times and post harvest treatments on the volatile oil content and composition of rosemary were analyzed and studied.[Result]The results showed that the amount of volatile oil extracted from the four rosemary varieties decreased with the extraction time increased during the five extraction time periods,and more than 50%of the total volatile oil could be collected in 30 min,and 87.13%-94.51%of the total volatile oil could be collected in 90 min.With the extension of distillation time,the relative content of the main components 1,8-cineole(10.46%-26.85%),α-pinene(3.55%-22.49%),and camphene(0.54%-5.53%)gradually decreased,while the relative content of camphor(3.28%-4.72%),borneol(3.55%-9.07%)and verbenone(8.15%-22.89%)showed an opposite trend.The oil content of rosemary volatile oil decreased by 9.42%-10.94%after freezing at-20℃.The oil content of rosemary volatile oil decreased by 28.07%-52.79%after drying at 50℃.Verbenone was more volatile in the first 60 min after pruning and drying at 50℃.The α-pinene and 1,8-cineole were more volatile in the first 90 min after chopping and drying at 50℃.[Conclusion]Different extraction time had a great influence on the extraction amount of rosemary volatile oil,and the difference was significant.The extraction time of rosemary volatile oil can be controlled within 90 min in production.The oil content of rosemary volatile oil after drying and freezing treatment was significantly different from that of CK.The relative content of volatile oil components of rosemary after-20℃freezing treatment was close to that of CK in each extraction period.The volatile substances of rosemary were retained to a large extent.Rosemary materials can be stored and transported by freezing during production.关键词
