摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The growth and development of Dendrobium officinale were regulated by exogenous substances and light quality,thus providing a theoretical basis for improving the quality of Dendrobium officinale.[Method]In this study,2-year-old Dendrobium officinale potted seedlings were used as experimental materials to spray paclobutrazol,salicylic acid and sodium molybdate solutions on the leaves,and to irradiate red,blue,green and white light.Chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity and active ingredient content in Dendrobium officinale were analyzed.[Result]In the treatment with exogenous substances,after 30 days of application of 500 mg/L paclobutrazol,0.3 mg/L salicylic acid,and 300 mg/L sodium molybdate,the levels of secondary metabolites such as flavonoids,alkaloids,and polysaccharides in Dendrobium officinale showed an increasing trend.In the light quality treatments,red light was most effective in enhancing chlorophyll and polysaccharide content in the leaves of Dendrobium officinale after 30 days,while blue light was most conducive to promoting the activities of SOD and POD,as well as increasing the content of flavonoids and alkaloids after 30 days.[Conclusion]Exogenous substances and light quality synergistically regulate the growth of Dendrobium officinale through multiple pathways,promote the accumulation of active ingredients,and improve its quality.
