It is necessary to implement a holistic approach to national security,always adhere to a strict tone,and guard the bottom line of nuclear security.Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization should be implemented,nuclear safety supervision should be strengthened,and nuclear and radiation safety should be ensured,which is of great significance to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and is also an inevitable requirement for guarding the bottom line of ecological safety.Xi Jinping thought on rule of law should be practiced,the system of nuclear and radiation safety regulations and standards should be modernized and reshaped,and the law should be strictly enforced to keep the legal bottom line.It is imperative to adhere to the people-centered approach,promote the safe use of nuclear energy,and guard the bottom line of people's livelihood.China's nuclear safety endeavors have entered a new period of high-quality and high-level development,and China's nuclear safety regulatory authority should strengthen its mission and responsibility,promote the construction of a rigorous nuclear safety responsibility system,build a modernized nuclear safety regulatory system in line with the development of China's nuclear industry,realize the positive interaction between a high level of nuclear safety and a high-quality development of the nuclear industry.关键词
