Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of micro-dynamic negative pressure wound dressing in promoting the healing of chronic refractory wounds and reducing wound infection in small area burns.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,96 cases of chronic refractory wounds with small area deep Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burns were selected from the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Sanmenxia Central Hospital.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was covered with conventional sterile gauze dressing,while the observation group was covered with micro-dynamic negative pressure wound protection dressing.The wound healing effect,wound granulation histopathology score,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)content,skin score around the wound,inflammation index level,bacterial positive rate,dressing change times and adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter and the wound shrinkage rate was greater.(P<0.05).At the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week of treatment,the wound granulation histopathological score and VEGF content in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001).At the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week of treatment,the skin scores around the wound were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein were lower in the observation group after 7 days of treatment,and the bacterial positive rate was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the second operation debridement rate and dressing change times of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:Micro-dynamic negative pressure dressing has remarkable effect on the treatment of chronic refractory wounds of small area burns,which can significantly shorten healing time,reduce inflammatory response,effectively promote wound healing.关键词
