基于主成分分析的铁皮石斛主要农艺性状评价研究
Research on evaluation of main agronomic traits of Dendrobium officinale based on principal component analysis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to scientifically evaluate the agronomic traits of different germplasms of Dendrobium officinale and screen out excellent germplasms suitable for plastic greenhouse cultivation in Fuzhou,Fujian.[Method]Principal component analysis and correlation analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the main agronomic traits of 10 collected Dendrobium officinale germplasms[Result]There were significant differences in agronomic traits among different germplasms.Among them,the germplasm from Yueqing,Zhejiang(TZ1)had the longest stem length that ones from Yueqing,Zhejiang(TZ1),Lin′an,Zhejiang(TZ2),and Huoshan,Anhui(TA1),characterized by longer stem length and more nodes,more leaves and larger leaves.[Conclusion]Comprehensive comparison of stem diameter,the germplasm from Yueqing,Zhejiang(TZ1)had better agronomic traits and was suitable for plastic greenhouse planting in Fuzhou.关键词
