基于德尔菲法分析精子DNA损伤性不育的中医病名、相关脏腑及基本证型
TCM Disease Name,Related Zang and Fu as Well as Basic Syndrome of Sperm DNA Damage Induced Infertility Based on Delphi Method

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the Chinese medicine disease name,related Zang and Fu as well as the basic evidence patterns of sperm DNA damage infertility based on Delphi method.Methods:Literature and books were consulted to develop a questionnaire on the TCM disease names,related Zang and Fu as well as basic syndrome patterns of DNA damage infertility.Authoritative experts in this field were invited to consult the questionnaire,and the questionnaire data were summarized and organized to calculate the positive coefficient of the experts,the degree of concentration,the degree of coordination,the degree of authority of the experts and the degree of reliability of the questionnaire,until the opinions of the experts basically reached the same.Results:the positive coefficient of experts was 94.29％(the first round)and 97.56％(the second round),and their working years were concentrated in more than 20 years,from 16 provinces/mu-nicipalities directly under the central government,such as Beijing,Shanghai,etc.;the questionnaire Kendall′s W coefficient of harmony(Kendal′s W)was 0.81(P<0.001);the names of Chinese medicine disease in spermatozoa DNA damage infertility,related expert authority coefficients Q of sperm DNA damage infertility in TCM disease name,related Zang and Fu,and TCM syndrome type were 0.81,0.81,0.83,respectively,and the overall questionnaire′s Gronbach′s alpha coefficient was 0.834.The degree of expert recommen-dation,degree of harmonization,expert authority coefficient,and questionnaire′s reliability were all high,and the experts basically formed a unanimous opinion,and the result was more reliable.Conclusion:We recommend"infertility(不育)"as the name of sperm DNA damage infertility in Chinese medicine and it is believed that the Kidney and Spleen have the closest relationship with this dis-ease,and that Kidney Essence deficiency syndrome,Dampness-Heat stagnation syndrome,Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syn-drome,deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney syndrome as well as stasis in collaterals syndrome are the basic syndrome patterns of this disease.关键词
