精子DNA损伤机制与治疗研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanism and Treatment of Sperm DNA Damage
摘要
Abstract
Sperm DNA damage is an important factor affecting male fertility and has a great impact on pregnancy outcomes,and its mechanism is mainly abnormal spermatogenesis,chromatin abnormalities,oxidative stress response,etc.Modern medicine mainly focuses on antioxidant therapy,microcirculation therapy and assisted reproductive technology,but the treatment methods are relatively simple and lack of standardization.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment is mainly based on tonifying the kidney and invigorating the blood,clearing away heat and dampness,tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver,etc.,and there are some problems,namely,differ-ent treatment cycles and efficacy judgment criteria,a lack of evidence-based medical evidence,focusing on clinical observation,and a lack of animal experiments.In future researches,the pathogenesis of sperm DNA damage should be deeply explored,to establish a stand-ardized evidence-based medical research system,to strengthen animal and cell experiments,and to carry out extensive research on the treatment mechanism,so as to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.关键词
