Research progress on risk factors related to death in patients with necrotizing soft tissue infections
摘要
Abstract
Necrotizing soft tissue infections(NSTIs)are acute necrotizing infection caused by pathogens invading the subcutaneous tissues,fascia or muscles.They are characterized by acute onset,rapid development,strong destructiveness and high fatality rate.The fatality rate of NSTIs is influenced by multiple factors.This article reviews the correlations between NSTIs and the fatality rate of NSTIs from aspects such as pathogenic microorganisms,patient characteristics,comorbidities,laboratory indicators and the time of initial surgery,aiming to enhance clinicians'awareness of the risk factors for NSTIs death,so as to more effectively determine the death risk of NSTIs patients,provide timely treatment,and improve prognosis.关键词
