基于"生气邪气皆本于阴阳"探析当归饮子辨治肺癌靶向治疗后皮疹
Danggui Drink Treating Target Drug Induced Skin Rash of Lung Cancer Based on"Both Physiological Qi and Evil Factor Qi Rooting in Yin and Yang"

Abstract
Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality rate in China.Target medicine is an important therapeutic means to inhibit the progression of lung cancer,but adverse reactions such as skin rash often bring pain to patients who use the medicine.Evil factor Qi rooting in Yin and Yang,and Wind is a kind of Yang evil factor.Patients are prone to suffer from the Wind evil factor after target drug therapy,which is inextricably linked to the imbalance of Yin and Yang in themselves.The pathomechanism of rash induced by target drug is external Wind injury when there is Zheng Qi deficiency and internal Wind injury when there is blood de-ficiency as well as the outcome of the toxicity of pungent and hot drugs.Danggui Drink functions in nourishing blood and eliminating Wind,which can nourish Yin and produce blood to restore"the physiological Qi",can stop the Wind and can regulate Qi to get rid of"the evil factor Qi",and can benefit Qi and blood to help with the transformation between Yin and Yang.The prescription contains the vitality of Yin and Yang balance,which is compatible with the pathogenesis of target drug induced skin rash of lung cancer.Clinical ap-plication of Danggui Drink in treating target drug induced skin rash of lung cancer is quite effective in most cases.关键词
