槲皮素在不同类型脑卒中细胞死亡中的调控作用
The regulatory role of quercetin in cell death of different types of stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a disease with a relatively high fatality and disability rate worldwide.Its pathological process involves multiple mechanisms such as inflammation,oxidative stress and cell death,ultimately leading to irreversible damage to nerve cells.Cell death pathways such as apoptosis,pyroptosis and autophagy play important roles in brain injury after stroke.In recent years,quercetin(Qu),as a natural flavonoid compound,has received extensive attention due to its significant anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-cell death properties.Studies have shown that Qu can effectively alleviate neuronal injury after stroke by regulating multiple signaling pathways.However,the specific role of Qu in regulating different cell death mechanisms has not been fully clarified.This article systematically summarizes the role of Qu in different cell death mechanisms after ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke,and looks forward to its potential application prospects in stroke treatment.关键词
