基于阳虚理论探讨肿瘤相关性抑郁的中医辨治
TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Tumor Associated Depression Based on Theory of Yang Deficiency

Abstract
Tumor associated depression is not a single type of disease,and it is an affective and emotional depression that occurs based on tumors.Tumor and depression have certain commonalities in pathogenesis and clinical manifestations,which are causative and affect each other,and are complementary and mutually beneficial in treatment.The essence of Yang deficiency should be observed during the clinical examination,and the treatment should be based on the degree of Yang deficiency,the presence or absence of pathological prod-ucts,and the severity of symptoms,so as to take into account both the deficiency and the excess and treat the symptoms and the root cause at the same time.Not only to treat the essence of Yang deficiency,but also to focus on the regulation of Qi.The medicine used should be both warm and good at Qi dredging,so that the tonifying effect can be achieved without causing Qi stagnant.Based on the o-verall concept,it should also be combined with local diagnosis,focusing on certain Zang and Fu,emphasizing on warming the Spleen and Kidney to strengthen the foundation of the patients′nature and nurture conditions.In this way not only the Zheng Qi can be enhanced to resist the attack of the tumor but also the bad mood can be relieved to get the emotions and moods regulated.Besides,in addition to tra-ditional oral Chinese medicine,a variety of external therapies of Chinese medicine should be flexibly applied to give full play to the ad-vantages of Chinese medicine and improve the patients′ state of Yang deficiency,so as to achieve the dual purpose of treating tumors and alleviating depression.关键词
