微胶囊技术在纺织领域中的应用
Application of microencapsulation technology in the textile field
摘要
Abstract
Microencapsulation is widely used in the field of smart textiles due to its characteristics of changing physical state,diverse functions and good sustained-release effect.Introduces microcapsule materials,textile microcapsule finishing methods and microcapsule applications in the textile field and concludes that the microcapsule wall materials are mainly natural polymers,semi-synthetic polymers and fully synthetic polymers.And according to their functionality,the core materials are mainly divided into flame-retardant,thermoregulation,aroma,UV-resistant,and anti-bacterial and anti-odour etc.;the traditional methods of microcapsule preparation include in-situ polymerisation,interfacial polymerisation,and phase separation while new preparation methods are supercritical fluid technology,fluid bed coating,and electrospray method.Textile microcapsule finishing methods are mainly two kinds of surface finishing method and spinning method;microcapsule applications in the field of textile are mainly focused on flame retardant,thermoregulation,aroma,anti-ultraviolet and so on.The research status of microcapsule technology is summarized,and the future development is prospected.关键词
