基于肾司督任冲论治妊娠期慢性肾脏病
Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease in Pregnancy Based on Kidney Dominating Du,Ren and Chong Meridians
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease in Chinese medicine is Spleen and Kidney deficiency and internal obstruction of Dampness,Turbidity and stasis.During pregnancy,the corresponding physiological changes occurred in the uterine cell.The three me-ridians of Du,Ren and Chong are rooted in the uterine cell and nourish the uterine cell and are more closely related to the female uter-ine cell.Studying from the perspective of Du,Ren and Chong,it can be seen that the onset of chronic kidney disease in pregnancy is at-tributed to the failure of the Du meridian induced Yang Qi stagnation as well as the disharmony of the Chong and Ren meridians induced overflow of Dampness and Turbidity,and the disharmony of the Chong meridian induced the internal obstruction of blood stasis.The Du,Ren and Chong meridians play the important role of leading the body′s qi and blood surplus and deficit as well as Yin and Yang activi-ties.There is a very close connection between Kidney and the Du,Ren and Chong meridians.From the perspective of one Zang and three meridians like this,the treatment of chronic kidney disease in pregnancy should be staged.If the patient is not pregnant,it is advisable to tonify the Kidney,dredge the Du meridian and tonify the Chong and Ren meridian;during pregnancy,it is advisable to benefit the Kidney and nourish the fetus,promote the Du meridian and Ren meridian and regulate the pivot of the Liver and the Spleen;and during perinatal period,it is advisable to consolidate the Kidney and nourish the Yuan Qi,promote the Chong and Ren meridian to dredge Chong meridian and eliminate blood stasis.关键词
