Preparation of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting yarn based on bio-based carbon quantum dots

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of textile anti-counterfeiting difficulties,carbon quantum dots are inno-vatively applied to yarn dyeing.Mn2+-doped carbon quantum dots(Mn-C-dots)were used to dye nylon yarn.The microscopic morphology of carbon quantum dots was characterized by TEM,and the fluorescence perfor-mance of carbon quantum dots was evaluated by fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum efficiency,to explore the structure-activity relationship between the structure and fluorescence performance of carbon quan-tum dots.The process of carbon quantum dot fluorescent dyeing nylon yarn was optimized,and the two-step process of acid dye and carbon quantum dot fluorescent dyeing was adopted,which not only achieved the fluo-rescent color change effect,but also greatly improved the color diversity.Finally,the acid dye dyeing process with basically no color difference was developed by using acid dye color matching,which expanded the applica-tion scenarios of carbon quantum dot dyed yarn to manufacture anti-counterfeiting textiles.关键词
