多巴胺改性丝胶蛋白粘合剂的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of dopamine-modified sericin adhesive

Abstract
Developing adhesives with strong underwater adhesion and antibacterial properties is a significant challenge.Sericin molecular chains were modified for wet adhesion via dopamine(DA)oxidative self-polymer-ization,and the modified protein chains were cross-linked with tannic acid(TA)to prepare a TA-DA/Ser adhe-sive.Test results indicated that the adhesive exhibited viscoelastic solid behavior at the macroscopic level,pro-viding good mechanical strength.The successful modification of silk fibroin in solution was confirmed,and hy-drogen bonding was identified as the primary driving force for the cross-linking between tannic acid and the modified sericin.The adhesive demonstrated a maximum adhesion strength of 86.22 kPa on pigskin tissue,a DPPH radical scavenging rate of up to 91.62%,and survival rates of only 1.07%and 1.03%for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,respectively.Cytotoxicity and wound healing experiments showed that the adhesive met the Grade II cytotoxicity standard and promoted wound healing in SD rats.The TA-DA/Ser adhesive holds potential applications in suture-free wound closure and tissue adhesion.关键词
