Research Progress on the Mechanism of Silence Information Regulators in Female Reproductive Aging
摘要
Abstract
The decline in the quantity and/or quality of oocytes is the main feature of ovarian aging and an important factor contributing to reduced fertility in modern women.Female fertility is affected by various factors such as age,disease,and environment,and the regulatory mechanisms are complex and diverse.How to effectively intervene in female reproductive lifespan has become a hot issue in the field of gynecological reproduction.The silence information regulators(Sirtuins)has various enzymatic activities and is involved in processes such as gene repair,energy metabolism,and reproductive ability regulation in vivo.It plays an important role in regulating oocyte development and maturation by mediating the deacetylation of related signaling pathway protein substrates to participate in cell metabolism,intervene,and regulate oocyte meiosis and antioxidant enzyme activity.This article summarizes the research progress on how Sirtuins affect female reproductive aging in recent years and explores their potential application value in reproductive lifespan intervention,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further delaying female reproductive aging and improving female fertility.关键词
