中医药调控黏膜免疫治疗IgA肾病研究进展
Research Progress of IgA Nephropathy Treatment with Chinese Medicine by Regulating Mucosal Immunotherapy
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in China,the exact etiology and pathological mechanism of which are still unclear.Modern medicine recognizes that it is induced by mucosal immune mechanism.In Chinese medicine it is be-lieved that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are closely related to the mucosal immune mechanism of modern medicine.Therefore,we should focus on the respiratory mucosa,gastrointestinal mucosa and urinary tract mucosa when treating IgA nephropathy.Based on the complex pathogenesis of deficiency and excessive of the disease,the pharynx,Spleen,Stomach and Kidney should be fo-cused on,treating from the pharynx and Lung,from the Stomach and Intestine,and from the Bladder,respectively,to improve the im-mune function of the respiratory mucosa,gastrointestinal mucosa,and urinary tract mucosa,to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.关键词
