木醋液对盐碱土壤化学性质及芸豆生长的影响
Effects of Wood Vinegar on Chemical Properties and Growth of Common Bean of Saline-alkali Soil

Abstract
To investigate the mitigating effect of wood vinegar solution on the growth of common bean seedlings in saline habitats,and to screen the most suitable concentration of wood vinegar solution for common bean growth,'Long Yun 14'was used as the test material,and the treatments were distilled water(CK),wood vinegar solution diluted 40 times(WV40),60 times(WV60),80 times(WV80),and 100 times(WV100)in five gradients,related indicators of different concentrations of wood vinegar were determined on common bean seedling growth and rhizosphere soil chemical properties.The morphological indexes of common bean seedlings were significantly improved under the wood vinegar solution treatment compared with the CK treatment.The acidification degree of WV80 treatment was the most obvious in the color analysis of the root system.Compared with the CK treatment,the wood vinegar solution significantly reduced the soil pH and conductivity.The soil organic matter content was improved under the wood vinegar solution treatments but the difference was not significant compared with that of the CK treatment.The application of wood vinegar solution significantly increased the content of soil alkaline nitrogen,effective phosphorus and quick-acting potassium in rhizosphere soil,and all of them reached the maximum value in the WV80 treatment,which compared with the CK treatment significantly increased by 31.82%,22.83%and 22.39%,respectively.The result provided a reference for the cultivation of common bean in saline-alkali soil with high yield,high efficiency and high quality.关键词
