中药调控PI3K/AKT信号通路防治胃癌研究进展
Research Progress of TCM Preventing and Treatment of Gastric Cancer Based on PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway

Abstract
The phosphoinositide-3 kinase/proteinkinase B(PI3K/AKT)signaling pathway plays a key role in the occurrence and de-velopment of gastric cancer,and traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in the downstream mTOR/Sox2 target,SCL7A11(xCT)-mediated ferroptosis,and transforming growth factor(β)by intervening in the downstream of PI3K/AKT Factor-β,TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway,PI3K/AKT/hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1),Bax/Bcl-2 mitochondrial apoptosis pathway,nuclear transcrip-tion factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway,etc.,regulate the proliferation,autophagy,differentiation,apoptosis,and apoptosis of gas-tric cancer cells.invasion and other cellular processes.Traditional Chinese medicine can prevent gastric precancerous lesions based on the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,and has unique advantages in blocking inflammation-cancer transformation and inhibiting liver me-tastasis of gastric cancer,but the existing research still has shortcomings,namely,the clinical transformation to be strengthened,mecha-nism of action to be deepened,a lack of toxicological mechanism and safety effect evaluation research,etc.Therefore,further clinical ob-servation is needed in the future,to elucidate the specific mechanism of the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer through the path-way of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients,to develop new traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and to explore the cor-respondence between PI3K/AKT and its related pathways and different gastric cancer syndrome types.Besides,multidisciplinary and large-sample studies should be strengthened,and a network system of"traditional Chinese medicine-component-target-pathway-syndrome-gastric cancer"should be constructed,to provide new research ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.关键词
