bAD-MSCs水凝胶对奶牛子宫内膜炎的疗效分析
Effect Analysis of bAD-MSCs Hydrogel on Endometritis in Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
Endometritis in dairy cows is a common and frequent disease that leads to the reduction of economic benefits of dairy farming,and it is of great significance to prevent and treat endometritis in dairy cows in a timely and effective manner.Bovine adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(bAD-MSCs)were fused with hydrogel solution after ultrasonic disruption and concentration to prepare bAD-MSCs hydrogels.Fifteen cows with endometritis were selected and infused hydrogel solution(n=5,negative control group),rifaximin Intrauterine Infusion(n=5,positive control group)and bAD-MSCs hydrogel(n=5,test/treatment group)into the uterine horn,respectively.Then the inflammatory response and the expression of inflammatory factors in serum was detected by ultrasound,cytology and ELISA,and the therapeutic effect of bAD-MSCs hydrogel on endometritis in dairy cows was analyzed.Seven days after infusion treatment,compared with the control group,ultrasound images showed intrauterine echo intensity in the bAD-MSCs hydrogel treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the cytological examination of Smears from swab samples of the external os of the cervix showed that the number of inflammatory cells and the proportion of neutrophil(PMN)in bAD-MSCs hydrogel treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the expressions of TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 and IL-10 inflammatory factors in serum of bAD-MSCs hydrogel treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05)were significantly reduced by ELISA(P<0.05).The results indicated that bAD-MSCs hydrogel had good effect on the prevention and treatment of endometritis in dairy cows.关键词
