围产期酮病奶牛血液能量代谢指标特征的分析
Characteristics of Blood Energy Metabolism in Dairy Cows with Ketosis During Perinatal Period

Abstract
Thirty-five pregnant cows were randomly selected and plasma samples were collected at 21 d before delivery,on the day of delivery,and 3,7,14,21 and 28 d after delivery.The ketosis group was treated with plasma β-hydroxybutyrate(BHBA)≥1.2 mmol·L-1 at any time point,and the control group was treated with BHBA<1.2 mmol·L-1.As result,blood β-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)level increased to more than 1.2 mmol·L-1 after postpartum 3 days,which was higher than that of control cows.Compared with the control group,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase in blood at 7 days postpartum,and non-esterified fatty acids in blood at 3 d and 28 d postpartum were slightly higher.During the whole follow-up period,the levels of glutamyl transpeptidase and lactate dehydrogenase in blood were lower than those in control group,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase in blood from 14 to 7 days before delivery were lower than those in control group.The relationship between related hormone indexes and β-hydroxybutyric acid was analyzed by ROC curve.The specificity and sensitivity of fibroblast growth factor 15(FGF15)were not correlated with BHBA.Finally,it was established that glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)and fibroblast growth differentiation factor 19(FGF-19)were positively correlated with β-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA),and that PYY was negatively correlated with BHBA,so as to establish the early warning technology of ketosis.关键词
