赵文霞运用"阴实理论"治疗原发性肝癌
ZHAO Wenxia Treating Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma with"Yin Excess Theory"
摘要
Abstract
The core pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma is that the deficiency of Yang Qi induced insufficiency of Yang transfor-ming Qi and the prevalence of Yin Evil Factors induced over-exuberance of molding function of Yin.The essence of"Yin excess"is that"Yang transforming Qi is not enough and Yin molding function is too much".Yang deficiency is the initiating factor for the inter-nalization of"Yin excess",and vice versa.The less the Yang Qi being active,the more the Yin excess will be congealed.Treatment should be guided by the principle of"promoting Yang Qi and suppressing Yin shaping".Specifically,it is suggested to support Yang Qi,consolidate the root and clear the source of Yang Qi,promote the movement of Yang Qi and help Liver Qi drainage to normalize the producing of Yang Qi;it is also proposed to suppress Yin and disperse the Evil Factors supplementing with attacking method to eliminate Yin Evil Factors,so as to improve the clinical symptoms and prolong the survival period of patients.关键词
