碳氮比对木糖渣好氧堆肥进程及细菌群落结构的影响
Effect of C/N on Aerobic Composting Process and Bacterial Community Structure of Xylose Residue

Abstract
In order to enhance the utilization efficiency of xylose residue,the influence of different initial material C/N ratios on the aerobic composting process of xylose residue and variations in bacterial community structure were investigated,with the aim of determining the optimal C/N ratio for aerobic composting of xylose residue.Three treatment groups were set up with C/N ratios of 25,30,and 35,respectively.The effects of different initial C/N ratios on composting physicochemical properties,maturity,and bacterial community diversity were studied.The results showed that the high-temperature period durations for C/N ratios of 25(T1),30(T2),and 35(T3)were 35,31,and 28 days,respectively,and the highest temperature reached 60.9℃in T1.At the end of compo-sting,the pH values and C/N ratios for T1 were 7.88 and 14.01,respectively,both lower than those of T2 and T3 treatment groups.The GI reached 80%by the 15th day of composting in T1,significantly higher than that of T2 and T3 treatment groups,indicating that all three treatment groups achieved maturity standards and were non-toxic to crops.Bacterial diversity analysis results showed that T1 had the highest bacterial diversity during the heating-up phase,while T3 had the highest bacterial diversity during the high-temperature period.After composting,there was no significant difference in bacterial diversity among the three treatment groups.Redundancy analysis results indicated that temperature,GI,and pH were the main factors influencing the differences in bacterial community composition among different C/N treatment groups.Therefore,the initial C/N ratio could be adjusted to 25 to improve the efficiency of xylose residue composting,while the initial C/N ratio could be adjusted to 35 to reduce costs.关键词
