鄂西南岩溶地区渔洋河流域环境综合治理对策
Environmental comprehensive management strategies for the Yuyang River Basin in the southwestern karst area of Hubei Province

Abstract
Affected by factors such as karst geological conditions and environmental pollution,the water environment security of the Yuyang River Basin in southwestern Hubei Province faces great pressure.Combining field investigations,water quality monitoring,and data research,the environmental functions,water resources,and water environment conditions of this basin were analyzed,and the environmental problems of the basin were identified.The results showed that the main factors affecting the water environment security of the Yuyang River were seasonal water resource shortage in mountainous areas,tail water discharge from sewage treatment plants,agricultural non-point source pollution such as domestic sources in urban and rural areas and livestock and poultry breeding,soil erosion,geological disasters,and damage to the ecosystem,as well as insufficient comprehensive environmental management of river basin.These factors made it difficult for the water quality of the main stream to stably reach the Class Ⅱstandard of surface water,and there were environmental risks at rural drinking water sources.A technical route for the comprehensive environmental management of the basin,which included"regeneration and recycling,source control and pollution interception,green planting and breeding,ecological restoration,drinking water security,and innovative mechanisms",was established.Specific measures were taken,such as regional reclaimed water utilization,separation of rainwater and sewage,repair of sewage pipelines,ecological planting and breeding,green prevention and control of diseases and pests,soil and water conservation,prevention and control of geological disasters,ecological restoration,and standardized construction of water sources,to strengthen the management and control of domestic sources in urban and rural areas,agricultural non-point sources,the ecological environment,and drinking water security.It was necessary to establish a horizontal ecological protection compensation mechanism and an intelligent management platform for the upstream and downstream areas of the basin to ensure the effectiveness of the comprehensive environmental management of the basin.关键词
