基于熵权TOPSIS法的黑龙江省农业高质量发展水平分析
Analysis of the Level of High Quality Development of Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method

Abstract
In order to promote the high quality of development of the agriculture in Heilongjiang province,based on the connotation and status of development of high quality of agriculture in Heilongjiang province,entropy weight TOPSIS method was adopted to comprehensively evaluate the level of development of the agriculture in Heilongjiang province in the period from 2011 to 2020 to construct its evaluation index system and analyze the obstacles hindering its development with the help of obstacle factor diagnostic model.The results showed that the overall level of high quality agricultural development in Heilongjiang province from 2011 to 2020 increased rapidly from the minimum value of 0.299 0 in 2013 to 0.695 5 in 2020.The degree of impact of subsystem obstacles was agricultural green development>farmers'quality of life>agricultural production efficiency>agricultural openness.The key impediments to the level of high quality development of agriculture in Heilongjiang province were,in order,water-saving irrigation rate,urban-rural income ratio,industrial structure adjustment index,dependence on agricultural product imports and dependence on agricultural product exports.Finally,two suggestions were proposed:leading high-quality and sustainable agricultural development in Heilongjiang province with green development and focusing on improving the level of agricultural openness to the outside world.关键词
