毛德西论治围绝经期失眠的用药规律
Mao Dexi′s Medication Rule in Treatment of Perimenopausal Insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rule of Prof.Mao Desi in treating perimenopausal insomnia through data mining.Meth-ods:The prescriptions of Professor Mao Desi for the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia from 2018 to 2023 were collected,and the fre-quency,nature and flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy of the medicines used were studied statistically and core prescription research was conducted by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Transmission Aid System V3.50 to analyze the basic characteristics of the medications used in the prescriptions.Results:The 140 prescriptions obtained from the screening were analyzed,involving 170 flavors of Chinese medicines,resulting in 17 high-frequency medicines,with the properties being Neutral,Cold and Warm and the tastes being sweet,bitter and pungent,the meridian tropism being Heart,Liver and Spleen,and the efficacies of the medicines being tonifying defi-ciency,tranquilizing mind,clearing Heat and activating blood circulation.The association rules were analyzed for the prescription drugs,and the commonly used drug combinations were Gancao-Suanzaoren(Licorice-Spina date seed),Suanzaoren-Hehuanpi(Spina date seed-Cortex albiziae),Gancao-Chuanxiong(Licorice-Ligusticum wallichii),Baiziren-Gancao(Semen platyclade-Lico-rice),Gancao-Fushen(Licorice-Poria cum Ligno Hospite),etc.The combination of the drugs was analyzed based on K-means al-gorithm.Cluster analysis based on the k-means algorithm further evolved three groups of core prescriptions,which were based on Su-anzaoren Decoction combined with Jiaotai Pill,Shutiao Decoction as well as Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction,respectively.Conclu-sion:Prof.Mao Dexi′s treatment of perimenopausal insomnia was mainly based on the treatment of the Heart,Liver and Spleen,with the mild drugs,and the treatment was based on nourishing Yin and clearing Heat,regulating Qi,and tranquilizing the mind with heavy min-eral drugs.关键词
