王宏坤基于奇经八脉理论辨治膝骨关节炎
Wang Hongkun Treating Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Qi Jing Ba Mai Theory
摘要
Abstract
The realization of knee joint motor function is closely related to the circulation and functional status of Qi Jing Ba Mai.Profes-sor Wang Hongkun attributed the etiology of knee osteoarthritis to the weakness of the Kidney and Du meridian,imbalance of the Chong meridian and Ren meridian as well as Wei meridian paralysis and Qiao meridian constraint based on the ideological connotation of the Qi Jing Ba Mai theory.Then the following therapeutic concepts were put forward:strengthening the bone and marrow as well as strength-ening the Du meridian,regulating the blood,stabilizing the Chong meridian,and supporting the Ren meridian,dispelling evil factors,re-lieving pain and dredging the Wei meridian,strengthening the tendon,relieving the paralysis and dredging the Qiao meridian.In clinics,Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Danggui Sini Decoction can be used to protect local articular cartilage,relieve pain,and inhibit inflammatory reaction.In acupuncture the following acupoints can be selected in treatment:Yaosh,Yaoyang-guan,Jinsuo,Jizhong,Qihai,Qixue and Zhongzhu,to benefit the Kidney,strengthen the Du meridian and the bone.关键词
