Abstract
The absorbance value was measured at 556 nm,and the content was calculated by external standard,.in order to establish UV-VIS method for the determination of content of Na2S2O5 in phentolamine mesylate injection by using UV-VIS method with 0.01％EDTA solution as solvent,adding 2 mL of 0.05％basic fuchsin and 3 mL of 0.3％formaldehyde solution,shaking well,color reaction for 20 min.Results showed that Na2S2O5 had good linear relationship within the range of 0.126 96～1.904 4 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),its average recovery rate was 101.01％,with an RSD of 0.8％(n=9).The solution was determined within 1 h.Repeatability with good results.The established method is simple,accurate and good exclusivity and suitable for the determination of Na2S2O5 content in phentolamine methylate injection.关键词
