层布式废旧轮胎钢丝沥青混合料抗裂性能研究OA
Research on the crack resistance of layered waste tire steel wire asphalt mixture
为提升沥青混合料的抗裂性能,推广混合长度层布式废旧轮胎钢丝在沥青混合料中的应用,通过建立废旧轮胎钢丝抗裂模型,推导其抗裂有效长度的理论公式.结合沥青路面的受力特性及裂缝分布情况,验证层布式废旧轮胎钢丝沥青混合料的科学性与可行性.通过对比试验,分析不同钢丝掺量下,层布式与乱向分布式废旧轮胎钢丝沥青混合料的抗裂性能差异.结果表明:(1)与乱向分布式相比,层布式废旧轮胎钢丝沥青混合料的抗裂性能显著提升;(2)层布式废旧轮胎钢丝的最佳掺量为0.5%~1.5%;(3)在适宜掺量下,层布式废旧轮胎钢丝沥青混合料的劈裂抗拉强度较基准沥青混合料提高21.1%~31.6%,平均线收缩系数降低12.1%~13.8%.
In order to improve the crack resistance of asphalt mixture and promote the application of mixed length layered waste tire steel wire in asphalt mixture,the theoretical formula of effective length of waste tire steel wire was derived by establishing a crack resistance model for waste tire steel wire.Combined with the stress and crack conditions of asphalt pavement,the the science and feasibility of layered waste tire steel wire asphalt mixture were verified.The crack resistance of layered and randomly distributed waste tire steel wire as-phalt mixtures based on the amount of steel wire were studied by comparative experiments.The research results indicate that:(1)The crack resistance of the asphalt pavement with layered waste tire steel wire is better than that with randomly distributed waste tire steel wire;(2)The appropriate amount of layered waste tires steel wire is 0.5%to 1.5%;(3)When the appropriate dosage is used,the splitting tensile strength of the layered waste tire steel wire asphalt mixture increased by21.1%to 31.6%compared with the reference asphalt mix-ture,while the average linear shrinkage coefficient decreased by 12.1%to 13.8%.
