摘要

Abstract

With the expansion of urban scale and the optimization and upgrading of industries,a large number of land parcels vacated by industrial enterprises urgently need to undergo land transfer,and there are potential risks in the re-development and utilization of these lands.By conducting investigations on construction land in Shenzhen where soil contamination risk control and remediation have been carried out,the current situation of soil pollution risk control and remediation in Shenzhen and the basic characteristics of soil pollution sites are ascertained.The existing problems in the investigation,assessment,risk control,and remediation processes of construction land are discussed.Targeted suggestions for subsequent work are put forward from aspects such as carrying out mechanism research on the occurrence forms of high background elements of soil geology,exploring and establishing a hierarchical risk assessment method,formulating a green and low-carbon remediation index system and information disclosure system,strengthening the publicity and implementation of soil pollution risk control and remediation,and improving the linkage supervision and information sharing mechanisms among multiple departments.It is expected to provide a reference for the development of soil contamination prevention and control in Shenzhen.
