新型城镇化视域下河南省城市土地开发强度时空分异分析
Spatio-temporal differentiation of urban land development intensity in Henan Province under the process of new-type urbanization

Abstract
Reasonable control of land development intensity is an important means to improve land use efficien-cy and promote the high-quality development of new urbanization.Based on the spatial panel data of 18 prefec-ture-level cities in Henan Province from 2009 to 2023,the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of ur-ban land development intensity in Henan Province were explored by comprehensively using the change rate in-dex and Theil index.The results show that the intensity of urban land development in Henan Province shows an increasing trend,and the growth rate continues to increase.Although the disparity in land development intensity among cities is relatively high,it shows a decreasing trend and tends to be balanced,with the internal differ-ences in North and Central Henan making a relatively large contribution to the overall disparity.The intensity of urban land development shows obvious characteristics of spatial agglomeration,which have strengthened yearly.North and Central Henan have high development intensity,forming a high-intensity stable zone cen-tered on Zhengzhou.Also,the growth rate of urban land development intensity varies spatially.In the future,strategies such as optimizing regional coordinated development,rationally regulating the pace of land develop-ment,and improving the level of coordinated development of urban agglomerations should be adopted to pro-mote the efficient and intensive use of urban land resources.关键词
