Abstract
Based on the current situation that there is no specialized heavy-duty casing lowering equipment for large-diameter vertical shaft in China,a closed-hydraulic system for 650 t heavy-duty casing lowering equipment has been developed according to the developed heavy-duty casing lowering equipment combined with its operation flow,actual working conditions and safety requirements of the heavy-duty casing lowering equipment.The hydraulic system controls the opening pressure of balance valve through a proportional servo valve to achieve the speed control of lifting winch,manages the on/off state of balance valve pilot control circuit through hydraulic directional valve to achieve real-time load stall protection function,achieves ultimate braking in pure hydraulic mode with emergency brake valve group and short-term high-capacity energy exchange specially designed independent flushing and heat exchange circuit,and endows hydraulic and electrical control systems with modular,easy to transport and maintain characteristics with the integrated transmission and control system.The application results show that this hydraulic system has stable and reliable performance,is convenient for transportation and maintenance,and can meet the requirements for 650 t heavy-duty casing lowering.关键词
