Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study how to effectively implement the Groundwater Management Regulations to promote the implementation of water administrative law enforcement.Through the analysis of the basic concepts and theoretical basis of water administrative law enforcement,the basic concepts,characteristics and contents of water administrative law enforcement were clarified.The implementation subject,object and content of the Groundwater Management Regulations were further studied,and the problems and countermeasures of water administrative law enforcement in the field of groundwater were revealed and put forward.The research results of this article have important practical significance for promoting the implementation of water administrative law enforcement,protecting groundwater resources and maintaining water environment safety.关键词
