摘要
Abstract
To solve the problems of high construction difficulty and cost in complex formation exploration during deep scientific drilling,the XY-9DB digital electric-drive spindle drill was used to conduct a wireline coring scientific drilling at Dayingezhuang concealed gold deposit in Zhaoyuan of Shandong province.The borehole is located in the central segment of the Zhaoping fault zone,characterized by developed fault structures and complex,unpredictable geological strata.The XY-9DB digital spindle drill can meet the needs of drilling 4000 m deep holes and has the ability of digital intelligent parameter precise control,which can monitor the drilling process in real time,timely discover and handle problems during construction.During drilling,XY-9DB digital spindle drill was used in conjunction with wireline coring hydraulic impact drilling technology and reasonable drilling fluid,and the actual final hole depth reached is 3120.35 m with average core recovery rate of 95.6%,monthly efficiency of 450 meters per unit and drilling efficiency increased by over 30%.关键词
