北京城市河湖洪水调度的重点、难点和建议
Key Points,Difficulties and Suggestions for Flood Dispatching of Urban Rivers and Lakes in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
The central urban area of Beijing is centralized bearing area of strategic positioning of the capital.The security of flood control and drainage is related to security and stability of the capital.Aiming at the dispatching principle of"storage in the west,drainage in the east,and flood diversion in the south and north",taking the main flood control and drainage channels of urban rivers and lakes in Beijing as an example,the key points in flood dispatching were analyzed,the difficulties and problems caused by urban construction,climate change,engineering conditions and other factors were summarized,and some suggestions were put forward from the aspects such as flood flow accounting,optimization of dispatching measures and improvement of engineering measures.关键词
