Abstract
The Baihe Power Tunnel is an important water conveyance structure of the Miyun Reservoir,located on the right bank of the Baihe Main Dam,and plays a vital role to construction safety.In 2015,more than half of the water from the South to North Water Diversion Project was transferred into the Miyun Reservoir,solving the problem of reduced water supply and decreased water supply function over the years.The Baihe Power Tunnel bears the pressure of the water supply channels in both positive and negative directions and has also undergone the test of the highest reservoir water level in history in 2021.Through relevant analysis,comparative analysis,external water pressure analysis,potential analysis,and other methods,it was found that the water level and potential of the No.2 pressure measuring pipe increased.Combined with inspection,it was concluded that cracks in the tunnel near the No.2 pipe have developed,posing certain safety risks;The seepage at the right head of the main dam is developing in an unfavorable direction.I suggest emptying the tunnel in the near future,further rechecking the tunnel body,and implementing additional grouting and other strengthening measures;Strengthen internal communication and coordination within the unit,and timely grasp the situation of gate opening and closing.关键词
