Abstract
Three core stages of mass-production satellite testing-design,implementation,and evaluation-to identify critical issues in the testing workflow are focused on in this paper.It proposes an opti-mization framework based on elimination,simplification,integration,and automation(ESIA).By eliminating redundant steps,simplifying complex procedures,integrating testing tasks,and introducing automated testing technologies,a systematic optimization of the testing process is achieved.Through comprehensive validation on low-orbit satellites in an internet constellation,after process optimization,the testing cycle has been significantly shortened,testing costs have been substantially reduced,and the consistency and reliability of test results have been markedly improved.The methodology provides actionable insights for optimizing satellite mass production testing workflows and offers valuable references for advancing testing technologies in mass-pro-duction satellites.关键词
