王健基于"瘀、虚"调体理论治疗卵巢储备功能减退
Experience in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve by regulating patients'conditions based on its"spleen deficiency and meridian stasis"pathogenesis

Abstract
Professor Wang Jian has clinically applied acupuncture therapy to treating gynecological diseases for many years.She treats diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)based on the theories of zang-fu and meridians,believing that the disease is due to kidney-yin insufficiency,spleen deficiency,and meridian stasis,resulting in that qi and blood cannot be replenished and nourished.Giving full play to the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,she emphasizes the equal importance of treating a deficiency syndrome with tonifying methods and removing stasis,modifying flexibly acupuncture manipulations for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy in combination with warming uterus moxibustion and Baliao moxibustion.She treats DOR mainly by nourishing the spleen and kidneys,warming and activating meridians,paying attention to soothing emotions,adjusting diet to improve physical wellbeing of patients,and ultimately to improve their physical and mental fitness.关键词
